Whether your dog needs a relaxing bath and a trim, or your cat just needs pampered, you’ve come to the right place. We will make every effort to accommodate your special grooming requests. Our pet grooming service in Canton, OH is owned by and located in Mellett Animal Hospital.

Grooming and Bathing Services
This essential service maintains the appearance and hygiene of your pet. Each pet grooming appointment at Mellett Grooming and Boarding includes:
- Premium shampoos and conditioners
- Blow dry
- Full brushing out
- Nail trimming
- Ear cleaning
- Hair cut tailored to your specific wants and your animal’s needs
- Dematting (if needed)
Bathing Appointments
If your pet is in need of a bath but does not need his or her hair trimmed then you will need to schedule a bathing appointment. Each bathing appointment includes:
- Premium shampoos and conditioners
- Blow dry
- Brush out
- Nail trimming
- Ear cleaning
You decide how you want your pet to look, how long or short the hair should be and whether your pet should look full bodied or slim. Our groomers will work hard to give your pet the individual look you want that will assuredly bring out the essence of his or her personality.
Pet Grooming Pricing
Our groomers set general guidelines for the pricing of each pet, largely based on the amount of time and work required to complete the groom. Factors which determine the price of a service include:
- Amount of scissor work
- Brushing
- Clipping
- Degree of matting
- Difficulty of the cut
- Disposition of the animal
- Drying time
- Length of hair
- Size of pet
However, you will find our prices quite reasonable. We will be happy to quote you a price range over the phone, and we invite your inquiries.
Schedule Pet Grooming Services in Canton, OH
Our drop-off time is between 8:00 am and 10:00 am for grooming appointments.
